I understand the argument of vote splitting. We don't want a liberal in the first district seat. Please consider this before you convulse. With current predictions for the US house of representatives gaining 48 GOP seats, Is it REALLY imperative that an "R" take the first district seat? If a "D" takes it, they will be impotent. It has NEVER been safer for Michigan's first district to cast an indpendent vote. Are YOU sick of the back and forth two party system?
